Traditional appointment now in its thirty-eighth edition, the SIGEP confirmed its undisputed international leadership for professionals around the world in the sectors of ice cream, homemade pastry, bakery, and coffee. Tecnoeka has exhibited in Hall B1, stand 156 presenting its full line of ovens with pole position in the news related to compact line that has been developped in only 50 cm in width, and the 20 tryas gas ovens. At the Eka stand we had the pleasure of working with Forno d'Asolo professionals who baked delicious baked snacks and Caffé Cagliari who delighted us with the best blends of coffee.
