With over 300 brands represented and approximately 120 specialized exhibitors, the 55th edition offers a comprehensive overview of professional equipment, furnishings, and technological solutions for restaurants and accommodation facilities.

From January 26 to 29, 2026, Tecnoeka is the protagonist of this important event, which combines business, education, and innovation.
The event was inaugurated in the presence of the President of the Veneto Region, Alberto Stefani, underscoring the fair's strategic value for the region and the tourism sector.

The program offers cooking demonstrations, themed conferences, and in-depth discussions on current major trends: from artificial intelligence applied to tourism to digital tourism, to hospitality, seaside sustainability, and the timeless art of the aperitif.
