Tecnoeka is thrilled to host a culinary performance by the incredible staff at Zanze XVI, the new elegant Venetian “Osteria” with a French twist. We will assist at the incredible work of the star-rated chef Nicola Dinato together with the young and talented chef Luca Tartaglia, directly from the three Michelin star Astrance in Paris. They will prepare five signature dishes using only fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
