The latest creation of the Tecnoeka house is Eka Evolution: a range of over 60 products redesigned from both the aesthetic and functional point of view to mark even more decidedly the brand's identity and emphasise even more the Touch line technological design. A substantial redesign also from the technical point of view, with improvements made necessary to raise the performance and professional level of the equipment.

The use of stainless steel for all cooking chambers, the introduction of new inspection doors, the elimination of slits on the casing and the addition of new, modern design handles bear witness to evident restyling in terms of aesthetics and design. The new models of the Eka Evolution line feature a substantial change in the geometry of the cooking chamber and air casing to improve the evenness of air flows even with different cooking methods.

Last but not least, the ovens of the whole Eka Evolution range have been adapted to IPX3 standards.
