Tecnoeka invests once again in the renewal of its product ranges, in particular in the Evolution range.
EVOLUTION NEXT is born, an entire line of ovens for gastronomy, bakery and pastry.

The main changes are a renewed design to give a family feeling with the Millennial line, and many improvements in terms of performance such as LED lights, USB flash drive ready, double fan rotation speed, touch screen control panel, supports professional side panels and the possibility of accessing a CLOUD management system in the digital/touch versions.
