The Compact range is enriched with new accessories that, in just 50 cm wide, will make even more complete and performing the new Eka compact ovens.

The condensation hood EKKC 6 C, designed to ensure a perfect ventilation in the kitchen thanks to an automatic operation system which results in great ease of use and maximum efficiency. The hood in its interior accommodates: a fan whose speed is automatically controlled: to extract the steams which escapes from the opening of the ovens and during its normal operation; and the condensing chamber, designed to prevent any accumulation of water, ensuring safety and hygiene.

The tables with supports EKTS 611 C (for compact oven 6 trays EKF 611 CTC) and EKTS 1011 C (for compact oven 10 trays EKF 1011 CTC) give order and practicality at every working environment. Made of stainless steel and equipped with supports for respectively contain 6 (for model EKF 611 CTC) and 4 (for model EKF 1011 CTC) 1/1 GN trays or grids, they combine versatility and robustness and provide the ideal support for the ovens of the Compact line.
